Once your event has been approved and placed on the parish calendar, fill out the form on this page to request an announcement on whatever form of media best suits your event.

Our Media Specialist reserves the right to edit announcement text where appropriate for size and content.  Please feel free to include as many words as you would like (in fact, it helps!), but space could be limited depending on the content received for that particular date.  

Your announcement must include contact information in case someone has questions about your event.  Please double-check phone numbers and e-mail addresses for accuracy.  The contact provided will be used in the media outlets you selected.

If you would like a particular image associated with your announcement, please submit a gif, jpg, or png file here.  The image must be high resolution and should have NO text.  Please note we reserve the right to adjust the image to accomodate the particular sizing of the media you have requested.  If an image is not provided or does not meet the design requirements, we will select one for you.  If you have any trouble uploading your file, please email  Amanda at awallace@sjvpar.net
